The program
Two tracks, one curriculum
Sophomores choose between the intensive Purple Group and the open-to-all White Group. Both work through the same material: resume, networking, etiquette, and interview prep, behavioral and technical. Freshmen build toward the tracks through intro meetings and an accelerated spring curriculum.
Purple Group
Intensive and selective
For sophomores serious about a structured recruiting path.
Admission is selective: a resume screen followed by two interview rounds, with late add-ons allowed. Sessions run an hour and fifteen minutes and cover investment banking, sales and trading, private wealth, asset management, and private equity.
The expectations are real: weekly homework assignments, occasional exams, and attendance monitored each session. In return, members get the networking and application spreadsheet tracker, the resume book, and the mentorship program, plus access to the Trek and The Program.
White Group
Open to all
Lower pressure, same learning.
No application required. Sessions run 45 minutes and cover the same curriculum at a lighter pace, with no quizzes. It is built for students new to finance, anyone still deciding whether they want the Purple Group, and anyone curious how Wall Street works. No prior experience required.
Freshman year
The on-ramp
Fall semester is open to all freshmen, with intro meetings and an educational focus. In the spring, the Freshman Accelerated Curriculum (FAC) gives motivated freshmen a structured program that builds toward the sophomore-year Purple and White tracks.
The Trek
A week on the Street
At the end of the fall semester, December 1 through 5, twelve sophomores selected from the Purple Group visit 12 to 15 firms, including JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, and Citi.

Mentorship
Paired with people who did it
Purple Group members are paired with juniors and seniors who completed the program, two sophomores per mentor, with a minimum of three meetings.

Resume and cover letter review
Mentors give personalized feedback on application materials before they go anywhere near a recruiter.
-
Mock interviews
Practice interviews with your mentor to prepare for recruiting season, behavioral and technical.
-

Coaching on outreach strategy, coffee chats, and relationship building.
